Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TECH TRANSFORMATION, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. Before placing an order, customers are requested to carefully review the following refund and cancellation terms:

1. Booking Amount / Advance Payment

• Any booking amount, token amount, advance payment, or confirmation payment paid by the customer is non-refundable.
• Once the booking is confirmed and the order is processed, the booking amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• If the customer chooses to cancel the order after making the booking/payment, the booking amount will not be refunded.
• Any additional refund, if applicable, will be subject to management approval and deduction of processing charges.

3. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled.
• If the customer refuses delivery or requests cancellation after dispatch, the booking amount and applicable logistics charges will not be refunded.

4. Product Return

• Products supplied by TECH TRANSFORMATION are not eligible for return unless they are found to be damaged, defective, or different from the specifications mentioned in the order.
• Any claim regarding damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video evidence.

5. Customized & Special Orders

• Customized products, special procurement orders, institutional orders, and bulk orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.

6. Refund Exceptions

• Refunds, if approved by TECH TRANSFORMATION under exceptional circumstances, will be processed only after verification and approval by management.
• The company’s decision regarding refunds and cancellations shall be final and binding.

7. Acceptance of Policy

• By placing an order and making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
